☆Taako Taaco -Finale-, The Adventure Zone☆

My last Taako look for 2018~! As usual, I’m using a piece from my own closet. I’m actually also very into the lolita style, particularly the Ouji/Prince style or the kodona/boy style. I do have a few lolita pieces in my closet, but maintaining the style alongside cosplay just isn’t financially feasible for me. I’m sure you’ve noticed that my headcanon styling for Taako is poofy shorts, vests, and flouncy sleeves. I don’t get to wear my lolita fashion out often, but I’m glad I have a character like Taako that allows me to live out my kodona dreams. This particular piece that I’m wearing for this outfit is Alice and the Pirates’ White Rabbit Salopette. The white blouse was borrowed from a friend. While listening to The Adventure Zone, I actually did imagine all the characters in different outfits per arc. I’ve worn a ton of different outfits for Taako, but surprisingly never cosplayed any of the ones I saw in my head while listening to TAZ. Mostly because all the outfits in my head would involve me having to make them from scratch and my approach to cosplaying Taako has always been to make up outfits from already existing pieces (with the exception of my Wonderland Taako, which I completely made). This outfit though is actually fairly similar to the one I imagined him wearing during the finale.
